Description

The Kelpies are a pair of massive metal sculptures representing legendary water horse spirits in Falkirk, Scotland. We visited late in the evening as the sun was setting and wow – what an impressive place! These gorgeous creations are probably the largest modern outdoor attraction in Scotland, with swimmable pools below them. At night they are lit from within with shifting colors.
