Description

The section of the Oregon Coast Trail which traverses over Heceta Head near Florence passes through an unbelievable forest grove just north of the summit. The wind-sculpted trees and lush ferny forest understory with the fog billowing through created an enchanted scene straight out of a Grimm fairy tale. If wood sprites are real I’d bet they live here.
