Somewhere up in heaven, the Duke of Wellington is eternally rolling his eyes at the ridiculous traffic cone hat his grand statue now wears. It’s been there for years now, to the point where it has become a symbol of the city. This once stately, now silly memorial is located in downtown Glasgow right outside the Gallery of Modern Art – a fitting location.
