Not many people know of this hidden beauty in the southern Coast Range of Oregon, and even fewer have seen it in person. I was overjoyed when I visited in August 2023 and found this gem not far off the road. It has two siblings, one upstream and one down, and of the three this one is clearly the star and also the most hidden. I walked up the bank to the gorgeous pool at the falls base, but the most interesting view was this one which includes the pretty downstream ledge. I love the green light on the water and the orange salmonberries in the upper right corner.
